My computer support business was established to fill the need for a low cost, reliable on site PC support function for small businesses, home based businesses and domestic users throughout Skipton, Keighley, Ilkley & surrounding areas. My aim is to provide a response to all emails and calls within 24 hours.
Because a significant number of my clients are domestic users having to earn a living during the working week I'm aware it's not always convenient to visit during normal office hours. With this in mind I am more than happy to visit during the evening and at weekends - for business as well as domestic users. I regard out of hours working as a normal part of the operation and therefore apply no surcharges for this work, bank holidays included.
